Yolanda Walton is the owner and operator of Pink Lace Boutique in Riviera Beach. Born and raised in Boynton Beach, Walton says her affinity for fashion has always been a constant in her life.
Walton opened up Pink Lace Boutique almost two years ago, when her desire to start a nonprofit with the same name fell through. “It wasn’t my time and season to move forward with that.” Walton says. Despite the setback, Walton believes that her time will come to bring her charitable organization to fruition.
Walton says that Pink Lace customers experience an intimate interaction when visiting the shop. Her attention to detail and care for customers is what Walton says sets her apart from other boutique owners. In the future, Walton says she will open another Pink Lace location out of the state and give her nonprofit aspirations another go.
